Inspector to give security

Every person designated as an Inspector shall Forthwith on his being designated give security in such sum as may be prescribed for the due discharge of the duties of his office, for the due payment of all fees received by him under this Act and for the safety of the Working Standards and stamps and other appliances under his custody and control. Provided that the Minister may waive the requirement of provision of security as provided in this section. 24
