Legal weights and measures in Belize

Every weight or measure or weighing or measuring instrument which has been duly stamped by a Weights and Measures Inspector under this Act with the prescribed mark of verification shall, unless it is found thereafter to be false or incorrect, be a legal weight, measure or instrument, as the case maybe, in any part of Belize.
