Refusal to sell

(1) No wholesaler shall refuse, without reasonable cause, to sell any price-controlled goods by wholesale to any retailer who carries on a business in any such goods if immediate payment of the maximum permitted price is tendered. (2) No retailer shall refuse, without reasonable cause to sell by retail any reasonable quantity of price-controlled goods demanded by an intended purchaser who tenders immediate payment to the maximum price therefor. 68 Supplies Control (3) A vendor shall be deemed to refuse without reasonable cause to sell any goods if he falsely denies that he has such goods, or uses any words, or gives any other indication, calculated to lead a person who wishes to buy such goods to suppose erroneously that such vendor has not such goods.
