Laying of Information or complaint

An information and complaint in respect of any contravention of any of these Regulations may be laid by the Controller of Supplies, Senior Price Control Officer, Price Control Officer, Consumer Protection Officer, Consumer Protection Inspector, a police officer or any other person authorised in writing the Controller of Supplies.
