No vendor shall in any manner intimidate or victimise or attempt to intimidate or victimise any person who has given or is about to give evidence against such vendor in proceedings under these Regulations, or who has been in anyway concerned in the prosecution or intended prosecution of any vendor under Supplies Control 75
