Posting of Price List

Every retailer of any price-controlled goods for which a specific price is set out in any part of the First or Second Schedule to these Regulations shall keep posted up in public view in some conspicuous place in his business premises a list in good and readable condition showing the approved maximum retail prices of such goods as shall from time to time be prescribed, and failure to indicate prices of such goods shall be an offence under these Regulations.
