No sale until cost sheet submitted

Except with the written permission of the Controller of Supplies it shall be an offence for an importer to sell any price- controlled goods imported by him unless he has submitted a cost sheet and customs-entry in accordance with Regulation 22 of these Regulations and has received the checked and approved copy from the office of the Controller of Supplies.
