Official importation of prohibited goods
Supplies Control (Import/Export) Regulations, reg. 5 · Revised Edition 2020
Notwithstanding regulation 3A, the Minister, after consultation with the Director of Health Services or other appropriate authority, may be Order approve a prohibited good specified in the Sixth Schedule that may be imported for testing purposes only and the conditions applicable to such importation.
