Prohibition on importation of goods

(1) No person shall import into Belize the goods specified in the Schedule to these Regulations captioned “Sixth Schedule- goods. Sixth Schedule. (2) Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with subregulation (1) above commits an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both such fine and imprisonment.
