Prohibition of sale, etc. of unregistered drug

(1) A person shall not commercialise any drug, unless that person has obtained registration of, and receives a product licence for, that drug from the competent authority. drug. (2) The Minister may, in his discretion, exempt any person or any drug from the requirements of subregulation (1). (3) Any person who contravenes subregulation (1) commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000.00.
