Procedure on inspection

Food And Drugs (Registration, Licensing And Inspection) Regulations, reg. 22 · Revised Edition 2020

An inspector shall present his or her credentials to any person appearing to be an occupant or person in charge of any place before conducting any supervision or inspection at that place.
