Display of facility licence
Food And Drugs (Registration, Licensing And Inspection) Regulations, reg. 17 · Revised Edition 2020
(1) The holder of a facility licence shall prominently display the facility licence at the pharmaceutical facility.

(2) Any person who contravenes subregulation (1) commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars.
