Notification of changes
Food And Drugs (Registration, Licensing And Inspection) Regulations, reg. 14 · Revised Edition 2020
The owner of a pharmaceutical facility shall notify the competent authority in writing if there are any changes in–
(a) location of the pharmaceutical facility; or
(b) the name of the pharmaceutical facility.
