Duration and renewal of facility licence

Food And Drugs (Registration, Licensing And Inspection) Regulations, reg. 12 · Revised Edition 2020

A facility licence granted under regulation 10(1) shall be valid for a period of one year and may be renewed on application by the holder of the facility licence.
