Application for facility licence

(1) A person who owns a pharmaceutical facility shall apply to the competent authority for a facility licence therefor. (2) An application for a facility licence shall be made in the form set out as Form 2 of Schedule I. Form 2. Schedule I. (3) An application for a facility licence shall be accompanied by the appropriate documents specified in the application form and the application fee prescribed in Schedule II. Schedule II. (4) Any person who contravenes subregulation (1) commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding ten thousand dollars. Food and Drugs 139
