Meat (Post Mortem) (Boneless Meat) Inspection Regulations, reg. 5 · Revised Edition 2020
The establishment shall provide an adequate deboning area provided with rust less metal tables and shall at all times be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition and at a temperature of 55 to 60 °F (13 to 16 °C).
