Deboning
Meat (Post Mortem) (Boneless Meat) Inspection Regulations, reg. 4 · Revised Edition 2020
Deboning shall be performed by employees of the establishment, licensed under the provisions of the Food and Drugs Act and Regulations made thereunder.
