Particular grounds for refusal of licence

Without prejudice to the foregoing provisions of this Part, the Minister shall refuse an application made to him for the grant or renewal of a licence under this Part in respect of any premises if he is not satisfied that the requirements of any regulations in force under section 11, and made for the purposes of section 11(2)(a) or (b), are complied with in respect of those premises, or will be complied with before the date on which the licence or renewed licence comes into force. 65
