Disputes as to compensation

Where by any of the foregoing provisions of this Act provision is made for the payment of compensation to any person, any dispute arising as to liability to pay compensation, the fact of damage or loss, or as to the amount of compensation, shall be determined by, and any compensation awarded may be recovered before, a court of summary jurisdiction in the place where the liability is alleged to have arisen.
