Register of members

(1) The Committee of Management of the Association shall keep, in such form as may be prescribed, a register containing in respect of each member of the Association particulars of, (a) his full name and address; (b) delivery or sale of grain to the Marketing Board, and others purchasing it, and to the grain processing units; (c) such other particulars as the Commission may from time to time prescribe. (2) Separate registers shall be maintained in respect of the various judicial districts. (3) The registers shall be open for inspection during normal office hours to any member of the Association or of the
