Rules

(1) The Minister may make rules, (a) varying from time to time for specified periods or for any particular occasion or occasions the number of working hours of shop assistants or the hours of opening or closing of all or any shops as prescribed by this Act; (b) altering or amending the Second and the Third Schedules to this Act; and (c) generally for carrying the purposes or provisions of this Act into effect. (2) All rules made under this Act shall be subject to negative resolution.
