Licensing

The Registrar may refuse to license any hotel or tourist accommodation where the hotel owner or proprietor has failed to comply with applicable minimum standards or the Registrar may require as a condition of any licence that the proprietor complies with the applicable minimum standards within such time as may be specified in the licence.
