Commencement of Act

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 1(2) of the Hotels and Tourist Accommodation Act and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, HENRY YOUNG, Minister of Tourism and the Environment, do hereby appoint the 1st day of October, 1997, as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
