Register of hotels and tourist accommodation

For the purpose of this Act, the Registrar shall keep and maintain a book called “the Register of Hotels and Tourist Accommodation” in such forms as may be determined by him, in which premises used for carrying on the business of a hotel or tourist accommodation and the proprietor of such business shall be registered annually under and in accordance with the provisions of this Act. 13
