Licence fee

(1) The issue of a licence or its renewal shall be accompanied by a fee calculated at the rate of five dollars for each bedroom or accommodation unit provided in the hotel or tourist accommodation for use by guests as sleeping accommodation and regardless of whether a trade licence issued under the Trade Licensing Act is required for such premises. (2) The rates mentioned in sub-section (1) may be varied from time to time by the Minister by Order published in the Gazette.
