Licence fee

(1) The issue of a licence or its renewal shall be accompanied by a fee calculated at the rate of twenty-five dollars for each timeshare unit in a timeshare accommodation, which fee shall be paid to the Board for the account of the Board regardless of whether a trade licence issued under the Trade Licensing Act, Cap. 66, is required for such premises. (2) The Minister may, by Order published in the Gazette, vary the fee mentioned in subsection (1) of this section.
