Commencement of chapter 285:01

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 38 of the Toledo Development Corporation Act, and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, SAID W. MUSA, Prime Minister and Minister responsible for Economic Development, do hereby appoint the 31st day of January, 2002 as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
