Recovery of possession of premises let by the Corporation

On the termination of the tenancy to any premises let by the Corporation to any person, possession of the premises may (without prejudice to any other method of recovery) be recovered by the Corporation in a summary manner under the Landlord and Tenant Act, Cap. 189, regardless of the quantum of the rent or the term of the tenancy.
