Rates

The Minister may on such terms and conditions as may seem to him appropriate by instrument under his hand settle, impose and levy upon real property and holdings of real property within the boundary of the North Ambergris Caye rates and other municipal charges, 22 Provided that such instrument shall be laid before the National Assembly as soon as may be after the making thereof and shall be subject to negative resolution.
