Recovery of possession of premises let by the Corporation

On the termination of the tenancy of any premises let by the Corporation in the exercise of its development functions, possession of the premises may (without prejudice to any other method of recovery) be recovered by the Corporation in a summary manner under Part V of the 14 Landlord and Tenant Act, Cap. 189, whatever may be the rent or term of the tenancy.
