Control of local sales of sugar

(1) The Minister, if he considers it in the public interest, may by Order published in the Gazette require any manufacturer to reserve for sale in Belize any portion of the sugar manufactured by him, and which such sugar shall be sold in Belize. (2) Any person who fails to comply with any Order issued under this section commits an offence.
