Funds of the Institute

(1) The funds of the Institute shall consist of the following– (a) such sums contributed by the Sugar (Industry Development) Fund and that which the manufacturers and the Committee shall be directed by the Board to contribute each year; (b) such sums which may be payable to the Institute as fees or dues for activities done by the Institute for and on behalf of any specific person; and (c) any other sums which may be donated or which may be payable to the Institute from any lawful source whatsoever. (2) The expenses of the Institute shall be met out of the funds DIVISION 4 Sugarcane Quality Control Authority
