Establishment of the BELTRAIDE

(1) A body to be known as the Belize Trade and Investment Development Service is hereby established as an autonomous institution governed by the provisions of this Act. (2) The BELTRAIDE may exercise any of the functions entrusted to it by or in accordance with the provisions of this Act or any regulations made thereunder, and may execute any other duties incidental or ancillary to, or consequential upon, the performance of its functions.
