Exemption from income tax, property tax, stamp duty and import duty

(1) The BELTRAIDE shall be exempt from the payment of income tax, property tax, import duty and any other tax or impost levied by the Government or a local authority. (2) All instruments executed by or on behalf of the BELTRAIDE shall be exempt from stamp duty.
