Appointment and removal of members of the Board of the Corporation

(1) The members of the Board of Directors of the Corporation appointed by the Minister shall hold office during the Minister’s pleasure. (2) A member of the Board of Directors of the Corporation may at any time resign by giving written notice to the Chief Executive Officer. Belize Marketing and 12 Development Corporation (3) The Minister may appoint any person to act in the place of any member of the Board of Directors of the Corporation in case of his absence or inability to perform his duties. (4) The appointment and the removal or resignation of any member of the Board of Directors of the Corporation shall be notified in the Gazette.
