Interpretation

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, “Corporation” means the Belize Marketing and Development Corporation Act; “Managing Director” means the officer whom the Governor- General declares to be such; “product of Belize” includes any article, animal, substance or commodity of every description whatever grown or produced or of which the final process of manufacture has been performed in Belize.
