Indemnity to members of the Board of Directors of the Corporation

No personal liability shall attach to any member of the Board of Directors of the Corporation in respect of anything done or suffered in good faith under this Act, and any sums of money, damages or costs which may be recovered against him for anything done or suffered as aforesaid shall be paid out of the funds of the Corporation, but no money, damages or costs shall be paid out of any moneys vested in the Corporation under section 12 other than in respect of anything done or suffered in the dealing with such moneys.
