Application for EPZ Status

(1) Any private or public party may apply to the EPZC for Export Processing Zone designation. (2) The EPZC shall provide application forms to each party seeking EPZ designation. The application shall be in the form of Schedule I. Schedule I. (3) The applicant shall furnish with the application, documents showing proof of the availability of the real property required for the purposes of the Export Processing Zone. (4) The application shall be submitted with a non-refundable fee of one thousand dollars (BZ$1,000).
