Certificate of Designation

(1) An approved company that is issued a DPA status as a DPA Developer or Special DPA, shall be issued a Certificate of (2) The Certificate of Designation issued under sub-section (1) shall include– (a) the registration number of the Certificate of Designated Processing Areas 21 (b) the registration number of the Certificate of (c) the date of issue and expiration of the Certificate of Designation; and (d) the description of the property that comprises the DPA.
