Obligations of DPA Business

The obligations of a DPA Business shall include, to– (a) bear all costs associated with the regulatory services provided to the company; (b) conduct only those activities that are approved by the DPAC; and (c) ensure with any domestic standards or other relevant requirements, in accordance with the business plan for the approved company.
