Commencement of Act No. 12 of 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 10 of the Development Finance Corporation (Amendment) Act (No. 12 of 2006), and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, SAID MUSA, Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, do hereby appoint the 1st day of December 2006, as the day on which the Act shall come into force.
