In these Regulations unless the context otherwise requires the following words and expressions have the meanings herein assigned to themInterpretation. CAP. 279. “Act” means the Development Finance Corporation Act; “agricultural” includes agriculture, forestry and fisheries; “industrial” includes manufacturing, tourism and services; “B$” means Belizean dollars; “Board” means the Board of Directors of the Corporation; “borrower” means an applicant who has obtained a loan from the Corporation; “Corporation” means the Development Finance Corporation established under the Act.
