Board of Directors

(1) There shall be a Board of Directors of the EDC appointed by the Minister, which shall be constituted as provided under section 8, and the Board shall be the principal policy maker for the EDC. (2) The Minister may give written directions of a general nature pertaining to the policies to be followed by the Board in the performance of its functions and the attainment of its objectives and the Board shall comply with such directions.
