Establishment of fund

(1) There is hereby established a Fund to be known as the MSME Development Fund. fund. (2) The fund shall be a dedicated Fund which shall be separate from any general funds received by the EDC from the 22 Government, and shall consist of the monies referred to in section 28 of this Act. fund.
