Annual Report

(1) Within four months alter the end of each financial year, the EDC shall cause to be made and shall submit to the Minister, (a) a statement of its accounts audited in accordance with section 24(3) of this Act, and (b) a dealing generally with the proceedings, policies and performances of the EDC during that financial year. (2) The Minister shall cause a copy of such report, within three months of receiving it, together with the annual statement of accounts and the Auditor’s report thereon, to be tabled in the National Assembly.
