Banks to maintain proper records and reports

(1) All banks licensed to operate within the Commercial Free Zone shall keep proper records and documentation of the activities of US and Mexican currency accounts of all Commercial Free Zone business held by them. Free Zones 67 (2) All banks under this regulation shall furnish to the CFZMA a monthly report of all transactions in its foreign currency accounts.
