Officer to confirm seal intact on container

The operator or owner of any truck or other vehicle transporting fuel shall not dispense any fuel in the Commercial Free Zone until an officer of the Customs Department confirms, in the presence of an officer of the CFZMA security personnel, that the seal of the fuel container of such truck or other vehicle is intact and has not been broken.
