Requirements for dispensing fuel

No operator or owner of any truck or other vehicle transporting fuel shall be allowed to transport or dispense fuel within the Commercial Free Zone unless such truck or other vehicle. (a) is registered with the CFZMA and bears the Commercial Free Zone logo; and (b) dispenses any fuel in the presence of an officer of the Customs Department and an officer from the CFZMA security personnel.
