Certificate to be prima facie evidence

A certificate purported to be signed by the CEO or any officer authorised by him for this purpose, stating the cost of removal of any material shall be prima facie evidence of the cost incurred by the CFZMA in removing the material so deposited by the CFZ business or occupier.
