Commercial Free Zone (Removal Of Refuse) Regulations, reg. 7 · Revised Edition 2020
Where it becomes necessary for the CFZMA to require any CFZ business or occupier to remove any material under regulation 6 above, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or any officer authorized by him, may issue a certificate stating the cost of the removal of any such material.
